Delete Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Togetherly account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app or by contacting us.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (recommended)

  1. Open Togetherly and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile avatar in the top‑right corner.
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
  5. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request by e‑mail

  1. Send an e‑mail to stgroup.dev@gmail.com with subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include the e‑mail address or Google account you used to sign in.
  3. We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. All shared memories, timers, drawings, and messages will be permanently removed.

Delete Specific Data (without deleting account)

You can delete individual data entries directly in the app at any time, without deleting your account.

What you can delete inside the app

Memories (photos, videos, audio, location, drawings) Memory feed → swipe or tap menu → Delete Immediately
Comments on memories Long‑press a comment → Delete Immediately
Mood entries Mood Calendar screen → tap entry → Delete Immediately
Relationship timers Timer card → settings → Delete Timer Immediately
Drawings (canvas) Drawing Gallery → long‑press canvas → Delete Immediately
Relationship status Profile → Relationship Status → Delete Immediately

Request partial deletion by e‑mail

If you'd like us to delete a specific category of your data (e.g. all mood entries or all uploaded photos) without deleting your account, send a request to stgroup.dev@gmail.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process it within 7 business days.
